Joining Families Support Services has implemented The Humanitarian Social Participation Project, which offers free courses including English Classes, Certificate III in Aged Care, and Certificate IV in Disability. This is a great opportunity for community members including clients to expand their knowledge, skills and gain employment in these fields.

We are excited to announce the registration for the School Holiday Out-of-Homecare and Foster Care in April 2024 at Point Wolstoncroft is now open. This camp offers a fantastic opportunity for your child to engage in fun-filled activities, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

The Homework Support Group is an important initiative to assist students in navigating their education. Purpose of this service is to provide an informal and holistic level of support to individuals and families within the local community. We aim for students to develop a greater sense of confidence and engagement with their education. Students who may be struggling to complete homework tasks or manage their workload can utilize this service and the space provided to enhance their skills & learning. All students are welcome to join from Grades 1-11.

Our Senior Group meets every fortnight on Wednesday from 10AM to 12PM. Join us for a cup of tea, a range of fun games, and stimulating conversation. We provide a supportive and friendly environment for seniors to come together and enjoy each other's company. Please register your interest via phone or email.

Support Coordination provides tailored and individualised services to help people with a disability achieve their goals. Our support coordinator will work closely with individuals and their families to identify, coordinate and implement the supports they need to live a life of their choice. We strive to ensure that people with a disability have access to the best possible support and services.
